If thicker boards are used, the pitch increases to 1 m and decreases accordingly if the board is less than 35 mm thick.

The lags are set exactly at the level. In places where the bar needs to be raised, it is worth using plywood gaskets, which are soaked in hot olive – it works perfectly on compression and does not allow shrinkage. Such gaskets are screwed to the lags to prevent their fall out and subsequent subsidence of the floor. Spacers and wedges should never be used instead of gaskets – they can shrink and fall out of the seats, which will lead to creaking and floor subsidence.

If the floor is being repaired on the ground floor or in a private house and there is a basement underneath, this must be taken into account before installing the lags. Therefore, place thermal insulation material between the lags. After fixing all components of the floor base, proceed to install the insulation material.

Naturally, this does not apply to polystyrene foam and certain types of synthetic insulators, but in the vast majority of cases, waterproofing is not required.

Installation Of Wooden Floor


After the insulating material is installed, the wooden floor must be installed. Today, a material such as a lining has proven itself excellently. Thanks to special grooves and spikes, the installation of the wooden floor will be quick. In addition, at the bottom of the board is a ventilation groove that allows the wood to “breathe”.

The board is fixed to the lags with self-tapping screws, but at the same time, you need to make sure that there are no gaps between the joints. There should not be any gaps in the quality of the installed floor. The self-tapping screws are screwed in such a way that they are not visible and their heads do not show up on the appearance of the floor.

After fixing the last board it is necessary to start the further operation, based on the preferences of the hosts. For example, if the owners of the apartment prefer laminate or parquet board, on the floor fasten special waterproof plywood (10-15 mm thick), bolting it to the boards. It is worth remembering that between the sheets should remain small gaps, otherwise there will be friction and squeaking. Then on the plywood is laid parquet or laminate.

Is there a difference between hydrogen and water?

There are few side effects and problems associated with taking water containing hydrogen peroxide.

You do not need to take hydrogen peroxide on a regular basis. Generally, though, if you are over age 65, consider taking hydrogen peroxide with your daily flu shots if you have a common cold or the flu. The safety and effectiveness of hydrogen peroxide with medicine are not fully known.

Hydrogen water is also known as water mixtures. If you use hydrogen water as your primary water source you may experience these side effects:

  • Mild irritation.
  • Itching.
  • Itching or burning of the skin.
  • Vomiting.
  • Dryness.
  • Inflammation.
  • Tenderness.
  • Dry skin.
  • Rashes.
  • Difficulty urinating.
  • Possible kidney damage.
  • Hypotension.
  • Heart problems.
  • Possible disordered thinking.
  • Eye problems.
  • Confusion.
  • Possible dementia.

How much hydrogen water should you drink a day?

Most health experts say you should drink at least six glasses of water a day. But we don’t think you should substitute instant coffee or tea for water.

We believe you should drink plenty of water at first, and then continue to drink up to 12 glasses a day as you build up your hydration levels.

The answer depends on your hydration status. Hyponatremia is usually caused by consuming too much water. The dilution of the electrolyte in the water (potassium carbonate) can be lower in people who have a low amount of water in their body, such as a liver disease sufferer. The potassium carbonate allows the water to pass through the cell membrane, leaving the sodium in the water behind. As a result, the normal concentration of sodium in the blood is not exactly as it should be, due to dilution of the electrolyte water.


Hydrogen water drinks usually contain 20% or more water and the water is dissolved in an acid. Most of this acid is hydrogen. The amount of hydrogen per litre of water is a limited resource and will most likely run out. Thus in many cases hydrogen water must be very well diluted to compensate for the significant losses.

Hydrogen deuterated water is often marketed as offering some sort of headache relief, but I do not think this is the case.

Are dishwashers effective?

In most cases, they’re not. Generally, there’s not much practical difference between a mid-range dishwasher and a washing machine in terms of efficiency. Though the power of washing machines can increase, the energy consumption of an automatic unit tends to be lower.

Consider the typical home laundry machine, which is typically powered by a timer. It uses around 20 percent of the machine’s total energy consumption and will run for around 45 minutes, assuming a 15 to 20-minute wash cycle.

Is dishwashing the only way to clean? Yes, the dishwasher is probably the most effective method for washing and sanitizing your commercial and residential appliances.

Is reusable dishwashing detergent essential? Yes, this will help reduce the number of damaged dishes that can cause any goods inside the container.

You need to be prudent with the amount of detergent used in the dishwasher.

Get the dishwasher running and it’s pretty much out of the question. To say it’s a disaster is a gross understatement, although washing clothes in a dishwasher is pretty easy.

Washer manufacturers don’t acknowledge this but say this is mainly a convenience to most people. It’s quite acceptable if you wash your clothes in the morning before you go to bed, but not if you wash them in the evening because your clothes won’t be completely dry.

Does a dishwasher use a lot of water?

When a dishwasher is used, it consumes about 35 liters of water per wash, which is around 100 gallons per hour (1.5 cubic meters per wash). In other words, one wash of dishes from a dishwasher uses about 200 liters of water or 1.5 times the capacity of a toilet. The flow rate of a Dishwasher was originally 25 l/hr per wash.

Why is dishwasher pod not dissolving?

It is thicker and more durable, more often rejecting under applied pressure. The rubber gasket can sometimes experience an issue as well and is periodically replaced by a new version.




What would cause a refrigerator to stop getting cold?

Would there be no heat inside? What about too much water inside the refrigerator? How to separate the two conditions? This can be the toughest question to answer, but knowing the answer will give you a slight advantage in your next argument. And if you find yourself being forced to choose the two options, using an analogy from your kitchen will make it easy to explain what each is.

Some cold air circulating through it could be bad, but the refrigerant in the refrigerator (and in the refrigerator that’s heating up) would also warm up, and the colder the ambient air, the more the refrigerant would need to change the temperature to keep the gas warmer.

Yes, they can. If you store your food in a refrigerator that is not in a good condition, the radiation will reduce the integrity of your refrigerator’s internal barrier, allowing water or other contaminants to enter.
